About Veronica LaFemina:

Veronica LaFemina is the Founder and CEO of LaFemina & Co., a woman-owned consulting collective dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations, associations, and social good companies do good better.  With nearly two decades of experience as a nonprofit executive and high-impact consultant for clients in a variety of industries, she is a leader, facilitator, and trusted advisor known for empowering cross-functional collaboration and positioning organizations, people, and programs for maximum success.

From launching national initiatives to structuring new business units, spearheading culture transformations to creating elegant and accessible strategic frameworks and reporting processes, Veronica’s unique combination of expertise in strategy, leadership, communications, and operational alignment provides her clients with the clarity and thought partnership needed to drive results.

Among her favorite career highlights was leading the development and launch of the Teal Pumpkin Project™ while serving as an executive at Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE). This community-inspired campaign became a breakthrough international awareness-to-action initiative that changed Halloween for good for children with food allergies. Engaging millions of people worldwide and earning praise from Inc. Magazine that "FARE has displayed a marketing savvy you might expect from a brand like Coca-Cola,” the Teal Pumpkin Project™ has continued to grow through strategic partnerships and licensing agreements that help spread the word and provide financial support for the cause.

Veronica graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received her degree in American literature & culture and public policy. She is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner, a speaker on various ways to “do good better,” and a lifelong learner. When not at work, she can be found exploring the lakes and trails of North Carolina with her husband, two children, and rescue pup.
